Ramkrishna Paramhansa used to tell a beautiful story
A bird was flying with mouse in mouth and twenty or thirty birds were chasing him.
The bird was very worried "I am not doing anything to them, why are they chasing me?"
The other birds hit him hard, and in the conflict, in the struggle the bird opened his mouth and the mouse dropped.
Immediately the other bird opened his mouth and the mouse dropped. Immediately the other birds all flew towards the mouse;they all forgot about him.
They were not against him, they were also on the same trip - they wanted the mouse.
If people are hurting you without reason it is quiet possible you may be carrying the dead mouse !
Drop it and suddenly you will see that they have forgotten about you.
They are no longer concerned about you.
Ramkrishna dev use to conclude
People are never concerned about you they want the mouse.
Their problem is not you the mouse you are carrying. They also want the mouse...
They also want bite in the flesh...They have to push you away to get it..
Once you are in a position they aspire to then be prepared to be pushed and pulled.
So drop the mouse or it would be snatched.
