■ Try to visualize your own thoughts of mind. Analyze them. It’s most sacred form is covered by some evil and polluted coats. Try to work on them. You will be able to find the sacred component and an eternal peace in it. It is something like water; any pollution in water can be separated out as it is always outside the molecule of water. H2O, the Fractional distillation will always remove pollution and clear colorless, tasteless, odorless, specific gravity on water will be collected by cooked steam. The thoughts should be directed towards God- Who is embodiment of truth and ideality. It needs constant vigilance and practice. This is true divine nature of man. Which is true spirituality, religion is sectism which we have created. 
 
□ The true happiness is in which mind becomes one with soul. Mind is operation of brain and soul is purest form of mind or sacred consciousness. In the language of Yoga that is when mind acts as a soul the God consciousness. This is true yoga. This union of soul and mind is known as highest bliss. Salvation, God realization, ultimate the highest pleasure and bliss beyond any imagination of material pleasure of the world.

◆ We must love our younger and pay our respects and regards to elders. Our attitude can keep your position safe. Every man at the lowest level of society keeps an impression of highest esteem for the self-disrespect of his vices and weakness. A feeling of his own honesty, sacredness, nobility and sincerity always exists in his mind. Really that proves the concept of solid water molecule H2O is always conscious of its purity inside. Remove pollution outside the molecule configuration.
