Speeches & writhing can also be necessary to some extent to obtain general information; but this alone will not do. Creative means will have to be adopted for this purpose. It is only by injecting spirituality & theism in this purpose.

Sadhana is taken as capable of disentangling every knote of human life, and remover of all obstructions.

The scientific method of spiritual development alone is called by the name of Sadhana (Practice).
