ЁЯФ╢ World serve both as nectar & poison. The speech which is true, inspiring & encouraging, free from deceit, sweet & beneficial will be called nectarine. On the contrary, the words which are harsh, egoistic, mocking. taunting, shallow & inimical will be poisonous & others.
ЁЯФ╖ Words should never be misused. If possible, observe silence for a day in a week or a month & engage the mind in self-analysis & contemplation of truth. Silence is very dynamic. The language of an individual who controls his words & observes silence. as for as possible is very sweet. Speak only as much as is necessary. Misuse of words wastes a large part of our energy. Therefore, just as brahmacharya etc. have been ordained for control of senses, similarly the practice of silence has been laid down for control of speech.
ЁЯФ╢ Mahatma Gandhi has said- “Silence is the best speech.” If it is necessary to speak, speak as little as possible. If one word can do, don’t use two. In Franklin’s words, “No teacher is better than an ant & it remains silent.” Carlyle has said- “Silence has more word-power than speech.”
