👉 CHINTAN ( Part 1)

(studying the past-period of self-being): its Significance & Mechanics

🔴 ‘CHINTAN’ simply means an exercise you do when you are exclusively with yourself at some convenient time just to study your past life in a nutshell. Just revisit/review how your own ‘PAST’ has passed. ‘OH! So is not possible to you but you definitely know how to do that when it comes to others’. You are intelligent/clever enough to review your neighbor, your wife and of course your children. What to talk of others, you can even review the BHAGWAN to pinpoint his mistakes. To say, you just do not spare anyone.

🔵 Now no one is left there who is not under your scanner except of course you. But what about your mistakes; you do not review that. Once we review our past-life and life-style and investigate ourselves, we will come to know bulk of such things that should not have been done by us, that should not have been adopted by us.

🔴 Our mind is so remarkably composed that it very easily & cleverly justifies our every action.  It maintains that our temperament is good, good are habits, good are out thoughts and good is our thinking, well our all is well and of others’ wrong. There is no holdup other than this in spiritual progress. That is why self-review/self-inspection must be your starting point.
